Your Experience: Step by Step

Dana Rubin Photography offers a simple, collaborative step by step plan. Initiate the journey with a quick phone call, followed by a detailed session to plan the vision of the portrait. Then, relive the joyful moments from the session day in a beautiful slideshow, selecting the perfect expressions for the final portrait. Concluding with the ordering and delivery of your personal masterpiece, Dana guides you at every step, ensuring a heartwarming experience.

Who is this photographer when she’s not busy taking photos or up to her ears in edits?

Consultation

We chat on the phone and I will learn all about your family. I want to know the names and ages of those that will be at the session. I also like to know their interests so that I can connect with the kids during the experience..

Collaboration

We choose a date, time and place for your photo session together. We will discuss your clothing and any other expectations or requests that you may have.

Connection

The day of the session, I ask that you arrive on time with your smiles ready. Plan for 1-2 hours of a relaxing and fun experience. I will help guide you through the experience to ensure beautiful artwork is created for your home.

Canvas, Metal, Bamboo & Acrylic,

You will be presented with a slideshow put to the music of all of the viable photos. From there, you will choose your favourites and decide which medium you would like to print on: canvas, metal, bamboo or acrylic. You can also choose to add on an album or gift prints.

Creation

Last but not least, everything is created, edited and ordered. When it arrives I will arrange to deliver your art. My business expands by referral. I humbly request a review after the delivery and this fosters the growth of my client community.

FAQ

How do I know where the session will be?

We will collaborate on our first call to decide the location of your choice.. One week before the session you will receive confirmation of the location and address.

What happens if I have to reschedule?

If at all possible I like to request a 48 hour notification for rescheduling. If you or a family member is not feeling well the day of the session we will reschedule for another day. It's best you feel 100% for your photo session. If you fail to make it to your session without prior notification your deposit will not apply to any reschedule.

What is the session fee?

The session fee is $295. A $100 save the date deposit is due upon booking. This deposit can be sent via venmo to: @danarubinphotography
